Welcome to Simplified Construct.

We are a remote drafting and design service that primarily serves the Phoenix Metro area and other locales in the state of Arizona. We also do work in various cities based on local requirements for design professionals.

Simplified Construct primarily specializes in small projects such as: Garages, Shops, Casitas, Patio Covers, Small Additions, and Remodels.

Furthermore, we offer drafting and design services for a variety of specialty projects too numerous to list. The projects have ranged from a hoist system for huge model airplanes, to elevated steel walkways for utility purposes (servicing meter packs), to lighting design, line diagrams for electrical work, beam retrofits for open concept construction etc…

Our primary goal is to provide the most cost-effective design work possible, drawing on 35 years of experience in the construction industry as a remodeling contractor, framer/concrete form setter and as a journeyman electrician. Our goal is to create savings while stillcreating aesthetically pleasing and highly functional spaces.

We’ve created this website as both a marketing and educational tool for customers new to building, so that they can get a good idea of what goes into a set of plans, what goes into a project and ways to save money and avoid headaches in their endeavor to build.
