Simplified Construct is a drafting company that specializes in small projects with a budget friendly approach that offers quick turnaround times and flexibility for homeowners and contractors. We provide project consultation services as well. As a journeyman carpenter, journeyman electrician and a former remodeling contractor, I can offer a unique expertise in efficient construction methods, logistics and selecting materials/products that can save money throughout the construction process.

This website has been created as both a marketing and educational tool for customers new to building, so that they can get a good idea of what goes into a set of plans, what goes into a project and ways to save money and avoid headaches in their endeavor to build.

Services in the state of Nevada are limited to what is allowed by the Nevada State Board of Architecture, Interior Design and Residential Design.

PRICING (excluding possible engineering and hvac design costs, see FAQ’s for information on projects that need engineering):

Stand-alone garages up to 600 square ft.: $500 (without site plan) $650 (with site plan)

Patio Covers up to 600 square ft: $750 (without site plan) $900 (with site plan)

Small Remodels and Additions:$ 2.50 per square foot (500 square foot minimum)

ADU’s up to 600 square ft: $1000 (without site plan) $1150 (with site plan)
